Our weekly timetable
We run structured training sessions throughout the week designed for dancers of all abilities, from new starters to experienced performers looking for private technique tuition.
Tuesday and Thursday sessions
Running private tuition from 16:00pm to 18.00pm
classes then running 18.00pm-20.00pm Focusing on freestyle, slow dance, stamina building, and technique work.
Friday evening sessions
Running 1-1 tuition from 16:00 to 17.30pm
class time 17.30-19.30pm
Dedicated training in disco freestyle and slow dance combinations, choreography, and performance skills.
Saturday morning sessions
Running from 10:00am to 10:45am

We make joining our dance family straightforward and accessible. All beginner classes operate on a flexible pay-as-you-go basis so you are never locked in, and every new beginner is welcomed with a completely free trial session. Contact our team directly to book your space.
UNIFORM
What to wear to your first class
To ensure maximum safety, comfort, and freedom of movement, all dancers should arrive in fitted all-black dance or gym wear or the school uniform. Baggy T-shirts and joggers are not permitted. Hair must be tied back neatly into a bun, and no jewellery is allowed during training. No dance shoes are required for class.
